第一章 適用範圍與定義
1.1 本條款適用於bro18.com官方域名及經認證的端口，任何非官方管道聲明均與本站無關；
1.2 「成人內容」定義：含裸露、性行為描寫或符合所在地區成人分級標準之視覺材料；
1.3 「管理權限」涵蓋：內容審核、帳號封禁、爭議仲裁及技術性存取限制。
第二章 使用者義務
2.1 年齡與地域合規：
- 您須年滿18歲且所在地區未禁止存取成人內容；
- 首次註冊時可能要求提供政府核發之身份證明（如：數位年齡驗證系統）。
2.2 內容禁令：嚴禁發佈或傳播以下內容：
- 涉及未成年人、動物性行為、非自願暴力或真實血腥場景；
- 煽動種族仇恨、宗教對立、政治顛覆或犯罪手法教學；
- 未經授權的第三方版權素材（含改作與AI生成內容）。
2.3 社群守則：
- 禁止以任何形式貶損特定性取向、性別認同或文化族群；
- 爭議性藝術表達（如BDSM題材）須標註「情境扮演」警示標籤。
第三章 平台責任豁免
3.1 本站外部連結僅供參考，不對第三方內容合法性背書；
3.2 用戶生成內容（UGC）之觀點均屬個人意見，與本站立場無涉；
3.3 因不可抗力（如地區性網路審查）導致服務中斷，本站不承擔賠償責任。
第四章 管理權與爭議解決
4.1 管理員有權基於以下理由刪除內容或封禁帳號：
- 違反2.2條款之明確證據；
- 遭3次不同用戶實名舉報並經內部審查確認；
- 系統偵測到異常存取行為（如：爬蟲程式、DDOS攻擊）。
4.2 申訴機制：對處置有異議者，須於7日內提交書面證據至hi@bro18.com，香港時間14個工作日内回復裁決結果。
第五章 協議生效與修訂
5.1 瀏覽或註冊即視為接受本條款最新版本；
5.2 重大條款修訂將於首頁公告7日後生效，恕不另行個別通知。

1.3 “Management Authority” includes: content moderation, account suspension, dispute arbitration, and technical access restrictions.
Section 2: User Obligations
2.1 Age & Jurisdictional Compliance:
- You must be 18+ with legal access to adult content in your jurisdiction;
- Government-issued ID verification may be required upon registration (e.g., digital age-gating systems).
2.2 Content Prohibitions: Strictly prohibited content includes:
- Depictions of minors, bestiality, non-consensual violence, or real-life gore;
- Incitement of racial/religious hatred, political subversion, or criminal tutorials;
- Unauthorized third-party copyrighted materials (including derivatives/AI-generated content).
2.3 Community Guidelines:
- Discrimination against any sexual orientation, gender identity, or cultural group is forbidden;
- Controversial artistic expressions (e.g., BDSM themes) require “Roleplay Context” warning labels.
Section 3: Platform Liability Exemptions
3.1 External links are provided for reference only, with no endorsement of third-party content legality;
3.2 User-generated content (UGC) reflects individual opinions, not the platform’s stance;
3.3 Service interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., regional censorship) shall not incur liability.
Section 4: Moderation & Dispute Resolution
4.1 Administrators may remove content or ban accounts based on:
- Clear violations under Clause 2.2;
- Three verified user reports with internal review confirmation;
- System-detected abusive access patterns (e.g., crawlers, DDOS attacks).
4.2 Appeal Process: Submit written evidence to hi@bro18.com within 7 days of disciplinary action; a ruling will be issued within 14 business days (HKT).
Section 5: Agreement Activation & Revisions
5.1 Browsing or registration constitutes acceptance of the latest terms;
5.2 Material revisions take effect 7 days after homepage announcement, without individual notice.
